✥ How Does the Sensor Self-Calibration Work? +
The integrated microcomputer automatically evaluates the color and geometry of the installed lavatory and adjusts the optimum detection zone. Complete final commissioning after the faucet, basin, countertop and soap dispenser are installed in their permanent positions.
◇ What Is the Factory Detection Zone? +
The sensor system is factory configured at approximately 25 cm or 10 inches based on the standard inductive board. The operational sensing distance can also be adjusted during commissioning to accommodate basin depth and surrounding reflective surfaces.
◯ What Water Pressure Range Is Supported? +
BathSelect specifies approximately 10 to 125 PSI, with extended technical data listing 0.05 to 0.7 MPa. Flush the supply before connection and verify stable dynamic pressure and unobstructed DN15 plumbing before commissioning the electronic valve.
↻ How Does the Automatic Shutoff Operate? +
The faucet is factory configured with an approximately 30-second automatic shutoff that can be adjusted where required. This limits unnecessary unattended water flow if an object remains inside the sensing field and helps reduce accidental flooding in public restrooms.
⌁ How Does the Automatic Soap Dispenser Operate? +
The coordinated soap dispenser uses an infrared AI smart-chip sensor to dispense soap without physical contact. Position and commission its sensing field so normal hand presentation produces reliable dosing without triggering from nearby basin activity.
⌂ How Is the Solenoid Protected From Debris? +
A built-in cleanable strainer helps prevent sediment and foreign material from entering the solenoid valve. During scheduled service, isolate the supply, clean the strainer and verify unrestricted flow before restoring the faucet to normal operation.
⚡ Which Power Configurations Are Supported? +
The touchless system supports AC110V and DC6V power configurations and can use battery operation depending on the supplied package. Verify the transformer, controller and battery arrangement before final electrical commissioning.
⌕ What Should Preventive Maintenance Include? +
Clean both sensor windows, inspect the faucet outlet and inlet strainer, verify power condition, confirm reliable solenoid shutoff and check consistent soap delivery. BathSelect specifies IP56 protection for the electronic control enclosure.
